Can I enter a time using the exact minutes instead of quarter hour intervals?

Yes - Castor gives the option to choose the time from a dropdown menu showed in quarter intervals. It is possible to use an exact timestamp by manually entering the time in the field.

The time must be entered in the format HH:MM e.g 09:47.
