Using the participants portal

Participants can register their interest in the study through a customized enrollment page, after which they receive an email prompting them to sign up in the Castor eConsent portal.

Alternatively, identified patients can be invited directly by the study team (through email) to sign up for eConsent.

After receiving an invitation link by e-mail, first-time eConsent participants will need to complete their study profile.

After adding  details, they will be prompted to review and confirm their details. It is possible to  get back and make changes by clicking on the 'Make changes' button.

During login and signup, participants will be able to select their preferred language for the interface.
The field labels for Full name, Date and Signature on the consent forms will be translated in the selected consent form language. When inviting a subject to an ICF in one of the supported languages, the subject will see that language on the verification page.

After completing the registration, participant will be redirected to Dashboard where they will be able to view the study related information and contact details.

The Documents tab shows the list of the informed consent forms which are signed or awaiting signature. Participants can choose to download the forms, to view, or to view and sign the available forms.

Study Profile

Study profile displays participant personal details.
