End of Study for Subject

Castor allows a PI to sign each phase, step, and report. Often times, it is only required that the PI signs the record once a subject is discharged from a study. If the latter is the case, it is an option to add an "End of Study" phase to your study. Here you can collect the reason for the subject's discharge (discontinued, completed, etc) and opt to have the PI only sign this phase as an indication that the record is signed.
